In and around the park there are lots of experiences to explore. The Hutsul Horse Breeding Centre gives you a chance to discover this unique mountain breed and to then ride through the most impressive parts of the park on a network of horse riding trails. Over 132km of marked trails offer possibilities for walking and hiking for all abilities. For those who enjoy two wheels, there is a system of mountain bike trails in the buffer zone.

Winter brings a wonderland with a whole new range of options. Cross-country skiing: provides a special way to discover the area in winter time when some of the walking trails are inaccessible.

For a more relaxed visit, the unique character of the area is highly interesting for nature photographers both in summer and winter. And over 200 birdspecies including the rare spotted eagle , Honey buzzard and Golden eagle make it a paradise for bird watchers. Bieszczady's mountain forests are the perfect breeding place for many rare woodpeckers and owls because of abundance old trees full of nest-holes.
